To rent one of our properties, secure it now by following these steps:
1. Availability. If you would like to move forward with a rental please email [email protected].
2. Group Number. Groups will have a chance to apply for a rental in order of their group number.
3. Sign the Hold on Property Agreement. If your group has been notified that you’re next in line for the rental our office will immediately request contact information for all roommates and their parent cosigners (names and email addresses). A response is required within a reasonable amount of time, or we will need to move on to the next group. We will then email a “Hold on Property Agreement” for online signature outlining a 24 hour lease review deadline as well as an application items deadline.
4. Complete the application process. You will have 3 business days after the initial 24 hours to complete the following steps in order to secure the property (you will be emailed links to these items when the Hold on Property Agreement is signed):
o Complete your rental application.
o Have your co-signer complete a rental application.
o Tenants email a front picture of your driver’s license to [email protected] and put the address of the property you are applying for in the subject line.
o Have your cosigner sign an online Parental Guaranty Form.
o Pay the security deposit in full. It is absolutely required to officially sign a lease (can be in the form of personal checks). Providing a picture of the check along with a certified tracking number will count as being submitted.
FAQs
Earnest funds payments must be in certified funds. We will accept cashier’s checks or money orders. We cannot accept cash, personal checks, or credit/debit cards. Please make certified funds payable to "PG Rentals" and drop off at our office at 2425 Canyon Blvd, Suite 200, Boulder, CO 80302.
Each person that will be living in the property must fill out a rental application. Applications are $55 and must be paid for online (have your bank account information handy.)
If you are a full-time student, we will require a co-signer/guarantor. This person will have to fill out a separate application, which also requires a $55 fee, as well as fill out the Parental Guarantee Agreement.
