- Failure to do so could result in a loss of security deposit funds.
- A digital copy will be emailed to you upon completion
- Conditions:
- Good – Item is in good condition with average wear
- Fair – Item is in fair condition with some indications of wear
- Need Attention – item is damaged or not functioning and requires repair. Include details in text box.
- Number the rooms clockwise starting with the top floor
- For items that need attention, please also submit one list with all items using the service issues link in your tenant portal
