- We do not do multiple showings so please try to coordinate with as many of your group as you can to be there.

If you are interested in preleasing one of our properties, please follow the process below to secure it for next fall:
1.Availability. If you would like to move forward with a rental please email [email protected].
2.Group Number. Groups will have a chance to apply for a rental in order of their group number.
3.Assign roommates to specific units (if applicable). Please know who’s living in which unit before coming into the office and make sure at least one representative from each unit is present to sign the Earnest Funds Agreement.
4. Schedule a time for Earnest Funds. Schedule a time with our office to stop in with the Earnest Funds money the day after your showing (do not show up without an appointment). A $300 per roommate Earnest Funds deposit submitted in our office will hold the property for 24 hours while you review our lease. IMPORTANT: this money has to be in the form of a cashier’s check or money order made out to PG Rentals and needs to be in separate checks per unit. If in those 24 hours we receive written notice that you will not be moving forward, the earnest money is refundable. Otherwise, the Earnest Funds are non-refundable and will go towards the full security deposit amount when the lease is signed. If we cannot rent to you for some reason, we will refund the Earnest Funds.
5.Complete the application process. You will have 3 business days after the initial 24 hours to complete the following steps to secure the property (you will be emailed links to these items when the Earnest Funds Agreement is signed):
oComplete your rental application.
oHave your co-signer complete a rental application.
oTenants email a front picture of your driver’s license to [email protected].
oHave your cosigner sign an online Parental Guaranty Form.
oProvide the remainder of the security deposit. It is absolutely required to officially sign a lease (can be in the form of personal checks).
FAQs
Earnest funds payments must be in certified funds. We will accept cashier’s checks or money orders. We cannot accept cash, personal checks, or credit/debit cards. Please make all checks payable to PG Rentals.
Each person that will be living in the property must fill out a rental application. Applications are $50 and must be paid for online (have your bank account information handy.)
If you are a full-time student, we will require a well-qualified parent co-signer/guarantor. This person will have to fill out the co-signer application which is located on our website and is also $50.00. They will also need to fill out an online “Parental Guaranty” form which will be emailed directly to the parent cosigner for signature
