Now that the rush of moving into your new home for the next year is over and you’ve settled into your rental house or rental apartment/condo, we thought this would be a good time to say hello to our new tenants and be sure you know how to reach us.PG Rentals strives to be the best Property Management company in the Boulder and Fort Collins areas of Colorado. We have reached out to all new tenants to be sure everything is in order in their new home but if something has come up since then or you need information, here’s what to do:
Know Your Tenant Portal
The best way to reach PG Rentals is through your Tenant Portal. By using the Tenant Portal, we can keep track of what you need and assign it to the right person to respond and get the job done as quickly as possible.
- Each tenant can create an account and login.
- Maintenance issues and repair requests can be reported.
- Each month rent and other monthly charges are posted to your account.
- Rent can be paid through your online account in the Tenant Portal.
- Communicate with Management.
- See your lease and other documents.
While we hope all of your maintenance needs were taken care of during turnover, if you still have outstanding maintenance or repair items in your rental, please submit a service request through your portal. We will address each request as quickly as we can.
