Renter News: Rent is Due on the First

A few things to remember:

1. Rent is always due on the first of the month. (except possibly move-in month)
2. Late fees begin on the second of the month and accrue daily until the balance is paid.
3. Payment information saved online does not guarantee payment. You will need to log in and submit a payment.
4. If you are splitting rent payments with housemates, you can submit your payment for any amount you choose, whether it is more or less than the posted balance due.
5. If you are submitting a check, please be sure that your name and/or the rental address is noted somewhere.
