Fill out a rental application
If you are interested in renting one of our properties after you have seen it, please complete a rental application. Applications are $55 and must be paid for online (have your bank account information handy). Applicants requiring a cosigner/guarantor must have their parent or guardian fill out a separate rental application as well ($55 charge for cosigner application too). Your cosigner will also need to provide us with a signed and notarized Parental Guarantee.
FAQs
A $300 per bedroom Earnest Funds deposit will hold the property for you for 7 days. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE in the event that you choose not to rent the property for any reason. If we cannot rent to you for some reason, we will refund the deposit. The Earnest Funds will become part of your security deposit once a lease is signed.
Earnest funds payments must be certified funds. We will accept cashier’s checks or money orders (made payable to “PG Rentals”). We cannot accept cash, personal checks, or credit/debit cards.
If you are a full-time student, we will require a co-signer/guarantor. This person will have to complete an application as well. Your cosigner will also need to provide us with a signed and notarized Parental Guarantee.
